Can you help me with product sizing?

What is your return policy?

Return/Exchange Policy: Purchases received in the AO Return Center by mail within 30 days of the delivery date will receive an exchange or refund of the price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes, less the cost of shipping and handling to the shipping address, and will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item, contingent upon the following:

• Items must be returned, in new, unworn/unused condition, with tags attached to ensure full credit.
• Include your original packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
• You must indicate the reason for your return on your packing slip in order for your return to be processed. If you selected Damaged,  Defective or Other, you must state the nature of the damage or defect, or the reason for "other" in the space provided on the packing slip in order for us to properly process your return.
• If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate the new style number/size and we will process your new order accordingly.

How much is shipping and can you ship outside of the US?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout according to the destination zip code. You will also have the option of carrier and transit time at checkout. We currently only ship to the continental US and Canada, but hope to be shipping internationally in the near future.

When will there be more coat colors and styles available?

We are always in new product development here at Agent Outerwear. We plan to introduce new styles and colors of coats and other products at the beginning of each snow sports season and intermittently throughout. We are always looking for new and exciting ideas. Questions about our Mission:

When and how will my coat be donated?

This is the most exciting part about what we do here at Agent Outerwear! It is our goal to donate as many coats as possible to children in need. Because we believe in full disclosure with our Agents of Giving, we believe in being upfront and honest about our capabiliites. For our first Giving Event, we have to have a sales goal that has to be met before our event is financially viable. Once we reach our goal, the Giving Event will take place with all of the kids that deserve your warm donations! Rest assured that your purchase does in fact supply a donation coat to a child in need. The faster we reach the initial goal, the sooner we can give away the coats! Once you become an Agent of Giving with your purchase, we will send email updates and news of your donation progress if you choose. For future Events thereafter, we plan to host events on an ongoing basis, as often as possible!

How do you decide who the donations will be given to?

We have had the good fortune to partner with the outstanding organization, One Warm Coat. One Warm Coat helps us prequalify children and families in need around the country so that your donations will go to the most deserving. We facilitate a sustained supply of warm coats and they assist us with a connection to the kids in need - a match made in heaven! For more information about One Warm Coat, visit onewarmcoat.org.

Are you a non-profit organization?

No. We are a for-profit organization with a charity based mission and while we cannot file as a non-profit, we measure our sucess on how many coats we can donate instead of how many coats we can sell.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Unfortunately, no. While your purchase buys your products and we donate according to your purchase, the purchase is not considered tax deductible. 

Can I participate in a Giving Event?

Our Giving Events are the most exciting part of Agent Outerwear's mission. We encourage volunteers for our Giving Events and will be sharing more information about how you can participate when our first Giving Event becomes closer. Stay tuned!

How else can I do my part to share your Mission?

The most important and helpful thing you can do to help share Agent Outerwear's mission is to talk about it! Share us with your friends online and encourage everyone you know to become an Agent! Be sure to pick out your favorite Agent Outerwear apparel and wear it proudly! Tell everyone you meet how you helped a child in need simply by purchasing your sweet gear. 

In the near future, we will begin offering a comission-based sales opportunity to those that can encourage their local ski & snow shops to carry our brand in their stores. Email info@agentouterwear.com and more information coming soon!
